Approximately 8 years ago we made the decision to switch IT companies after many years with another provider. I searched around and was given the recommendation to meet with Surrogate. It was probably one of the best decisions we made as an organization. The staff have been extremely helpful and always patient when it comes to dealing with any IT troubleshooting that arises. We have had virtually no downtime since starting with Surrogate (save the period we moved physical office space and migrated to a new server), which was a significant issue with our past provider.
