With a former career as a manager in retail and sales, went back to school to start her second career in IT. Her main focus was Cyber Security, Studying at NSCC for two years. Her course taught her how to think like a bad actor to assist in keeping clients and companies secure, also learned how to handle malware, do security audits, perform several different security tests, on top of IT/Helpdesk administration and System’s administration with firewalls, VPN, endpoint protection and end user support. This training as also made her able to think on her feet and be opened minded in all situations. Brandy's experience as manager in sales and customer service has helped her have patience in dealing with all kinds of different people, have compassion and understanding when it comes to helping users deal with their computer and account needs.
